Location, ease of access No iron.....was very surprised that a 4 star hotel would not provide an iron to the guests on request. Was then very dissappointed at the excessive cost of using the laundry service. The walls in the rooms are very thin as a result you can hear conversation of people in the room next door. There was a lot of dust under the beds and it appeared not to have been hoovered in quite some time. |

Perfect location just 5 minutes from placa de catalyuna and just off la ramba. We had an amazingly large room with a kingsize bed. The hotel has an amazing pool on the roof that was the perfect way to relax after a long hot day of sight seeing. the sauna closed at 8 which we thought was too early. |

Very nice and caring staff. I particularly loved the in-house radio channel, which streams top notch chillout tunes 24 hours a day. In spite I really enjoyed my stay, there is plenty of room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness of the rooms. |

Our room was amazing! It was also in a good location for most tourist attractions. The a/c won't work properly if your window is open even a little bit. We informed the staff and it was fixed promptly. |
