This exquisite hotel establishment boasts an unbeatable location in the modernist centre of Barcelona, right next to the famous Passeig de Gracia.

The property dates back to the year 1917 and exhibits a tasteful, minimalist decoration. There is a sun terrace that enjoys fantastic views of the "Pedrera" de Gaudí and there is a interior garden on the ground floor. All communal areas of the property feature top quality furniture

Its excellent location touching Passeig de Gracia means you can walk to the most impressive modernist works of Gaudí, including Casa Batlló and La Pedrera.

The hotel is brand new and very modern. Loved it very much. The outside terrace is very comfortable. Brillant to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Very easy to get to the hotel via Metro Station Diagonal.

There was no breakfast available. But we had breakfast on the outside terrasse which was nice too.

No bar. Nowhere to sit in the room, no chairs! no furniture nowhere to hang clothes

It was all brand new...

...It was all brand new but not finished! No shower curtain in the
bathroom, no table or waste paper basket in room. There was dirt and
hair on the blankets when we checked in to the room. The lock was not
working properly and we had to get the receptionist to try to open
our room for 5 minutes. It will probably be a nice hotel once they
finish it!

Clean rooms and lovely terrace

It wasn't made clear that it was still under renovation, although it didn't affect our stay. Just had an air of disorganisation about it. The ground floor had a paper printed sign stating the name of the hotel. As did the reception.

the excellent location in passeig the gracia, and very close to the metro station; the kindness of the receptionists and the manager (we even had a complimentary gift after a previous little misunderstanding); the "modern design" of the room and the fittings; the very nice terrace

it's still "under construction", in a way, so several small details were missing.. but I believe everything will be arranged soon. I would definitely advice this hotel to others

Excellent location and neighbourhood. When they have finished building it the rooms should be comfortable and look good. Staff are friendly if a little incompetent.

The hotel is still being built/renovated and basic facilities kept breaking down. The electronic key for our room didn't work, this wasn't repaired nor was a new room offered. Lift and air-conditioning were also temperamental. Note that local parking rates are around 30 to 45 EUR per day. Best to avoid this place until the teething problems are sorted out. 2009 perhaps...

Great location - in Eixample district. One minute walk from Pg Gracia's shops and restaurants, Gaudi's Casa Mila, Hotel Omm across the road, and the metro (end of street). Away from the madness of Las Ramblas and the tourist trade. This is the best location in Barcelona for sure.

la vue depuis la chambre (sur la Pedrera), la situation dans la ville. Les espaces communs. (très belle terrasse et solarium.) Une fois les travaux finis, sans doute un très bel hôtel.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de potentiel, mais encore en travaux. Pas d'armoire ni de coffre fort, aucun rangements dans la chambre. Les fils électriques pendent encore du plafond. Il n'y a pas de table de chevet ni de lampes à éclairage indirect. Prestations de la chambre très insuffisantes.
